For employers
You pay a fixed monthly fee and get a dedicated recruitment partner. We handle all sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for your agency. No per-placement fees within your plan inclusions, no surprises. Plans start from $2,700/month + GST.
If a placement leaves within six months of starting, we replace them at no additional cost. No questions, no excuses. This is double the industry standard and reflects the quality of our placements.
Each plan has a set number of included placements per year. Growth includes 4, Partner includes 8, and Scale includes 15. Any placements beyond your plan are charged at 14% + GST of the total package.
Our model works best for businesses that hire regularly. If you only have one role to fill, get in touch and we can discuss a one-off arrangement. We are flexible.
Our average time to fill is 13 days. Because we maintain a warm pipeline of candidates across property, we are often able to present shortlisted candidates within the first week.
