Assistant Property Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day portfolio tasks including lease renewals, routine inspections, and maintenance coordination

• Communicating with tenants, owners, and tradespeople to ensure a seamless experience for all parties

• Processing applications, preparing lease documentation, and managing trust accounting entries

• Assisting with arrears management and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

• Using best-in-class property management software to stay organised and efficient

What We're Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

• A current Certificate of Registration in Queensland (or a willingness to obtain one prior to commencement)

• Certificate of Registration in Queensland must be obtained within 2 weeks of offer if not already held

• A valid driver's licence

• Experience in property management or administration is a bonus, but absolutely not essential
