Our client is seeking a motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant to join their dynamic leasing team. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants alike, supporting the agency's reputation for premium service.

This position requires Saturday availability as part of the role. A weekday will be provided as your day off, ensuring a five-day working week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct tenant viewings and manage the end-to-end leasing process
Handle rental enquiries via phone and email
Communicate with landlords and tenants throughout the leasing lifecycle
Coordinate advertising for rental properties and maintain listings across relevant platforms
Ensure properties are presented to the highest standard
Collaborate closely with the BDM and Property Management teams

Skills and Experience

Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
Current valid QLD driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Residential leasing experience
Experience using Inspect Real Estate and ideally PropertyMe (comprehensive training provided for the right candidate)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Negotiation skills with a goal-driven, proactive mindset
General knowledge of the Brisbane area to effectively service clients
Computer literacy and a positive, can-do attitude
