Our client is seeking a motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant to join their dynamic leasing team. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants alike, supporting the agency's reputation for premium service.

This position requires Saturday availability as part of the role. A weekday will be provided as your day off, ensuring a five-day working week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant viewings and manage the end-to-end leasing process

• Handle rental enquiries via phone and email

• Communicate with landlords and tenants throughout the leasing lifecycle

• Coordinate advertising for rental properties and maintain listings across relevant platforms

• Ensure properties are presented to the highest standard

• Collaborate closely with the BDM and Property Management teams

Skills and Experience

• Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate

• Current valid QLD driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Residential leasing experience

• Experience using Inspect Real Estate and ideally PropertyMe (comprehensive training provided for the right candidate)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

• Negotiation skills with a goal-driven, proactive mindset

• General knowledge of the Brisbane area to effectively service clients

• Computer literacy and a positive, can-do attitude
